Thursday, March 13, 2008/ 3:55 PM a leap of love.
this is purely fictional and its not intended to anyone who was/is related to me.
there's something that i miss doing. that is, going 'ga-ga' over cute hollywood actors and dreaming of that perfect little world where the hero and heroine would eventually find each other, fall in love, separate and then meet each other and fall in love again. i guess being stuck in my own little world makes no sense and restricting myself of all those lovely melodramatic movies would do me no good either.
after reading "a leap of love" by Dr Catherine Lim, i began to miss those days when i will just sit and do nothing but to idle and dream about that dream guy of mine. hoping that someday he would appear. i still remember...
my dream guy must be someone who's tall, dark and handsome. nice curly hair, has green and brown eyes, he has to be both masculine and romantic, down to earth, doesn't boast, sends me home after each date, not too flamboyant, and accepts me for who i am.
and it would be great if he loves watching romance flicks with me, watch soccer with me, dress down sometimes, strolling by the beach.. yada, yada, yada...
but i guess mr dream guy, is very rare cos who in the world has eyes which is green on one side and brown on the other? (natural eyes colour and no contact lens.. haha) masculine and yet romantic. haha. im rather sceptical about this. its either they're extremely masculine or extremely romantic. but again, there might be someone out there who's both masculine yet romantic. haha. (there has to be a balance). nice curly hair that's natural and just nice (imagine Matthew McConaughey) but if he's like James Marsden then it would be fine too *wink wink*. and the accepting me for who i am part is kind of hard as well, cos the other party would naturally want someone who they're looking for. the perfect soulmate qualities. but nobody's perfect so who are these people to judge me by what they see on the outside. mmmmms. thats just human nature. they naturally want the best in life. who doesn't.
my plan for the holidays. meet up with my lovelies, go rent some sappy love movie and do what i do best. cry my eyes out in the wee hours while watching and then go to sleep with a smile and a grin on my face. nurul, im ready for all your love movies. hehe.
lets see who can stop me now.
