tokyo - narita @ 5.30pm (japan time)

and the plane took off for the 2nd leg of the trip. 8hrs journey to Los Angeles. went straight to sleep. and when i woke up, it was ard 6am somewhere over the pacific ocean. and the horizon was pretty.

the pretty horizon at 6am. got reminded of my loved ones back in singy. i miss everyone.

4 hrs later, we landed in Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and i am so glad im a singaporean where everything is so efficient and neatly placed. it took us 15 mins just to walk from the plane to custom. suuuuper far but thankfully, at the custom everything was smooth. entered US, collected the luggage, took the flyaway bus to union station.

OH THE DRAMA.

the train we were suppose to take to San Diego was scheduled to leave the station at 2pm. it was instead delayed to 5PM. craziness. the 2nd time i am glad singapore has such efficient transportation system. so after 3hrs of train ride, we finally reach San Diego. reached the hotel at 9pm, and my body crashed.

it was freaking cold. 12 degrees. and thats day one in US for me.
